Hello, I’m Daniela – or simply Dany
I’m happy you found your way to my little digital world.
I’m a single mum living in western Austria – not Australia. Kangaroos are rather rare around here, but we do have plenty of mountains. 😉
ダニエラ is simply Daniela written in Japanese katakana – not a mysterious second identity, unfortunately. 😉
What Inspires Me
A lot of my creative inspiration comes from Japan, South Korea and K-Pop. You will notice those influences in many of my designs – from neon city moods and Asian-inspired aesthetics to cute, colourful and darker creations.
I love animals in general, but wolves and cats are definitely at the top of my list, so they occasionally find their way into my graphics too.
My style does not fit into one neat little box – and I like it that way.
20 Years of Creativity
I have around 20 years of experience in graphic and web design. When I started, there were no generative AI tools. I created my graphics, layouts and websites myself and learned through practice, experimentation and plenty of trial and error.
Over the years I worked with web layouts, Scrap Kits, Poser Tubes, tags and many other digital projects.
Old Skills, New Tools
Today I still enjoy traditional graphic design, but I also love using modern creative tools, including generative AI.
For me, AI is not a replacement for creativity or experience. It is another tool that helps me experiment with ideas, try new directions and build on what I already know.
Old-school experience meets new technology – and I enjoy having both.

I stepped away for several years, but graphic design never completely disappeared from my life.

Right now, I’m focusing on phone and desktop wallpapers and mouse cursors .
I plan to expand what I offer over time, with more digital graphics and creative extras joining the collection in the future.
Graphics by Dany is where 20 years of creative experience meet new ideas, new technology and the things that inspire me today.
Behind the Scenes on Discord
I currently work as a technical administrator and moderator on the Discord servers of two YouTubers. One of them currently has around 70,000 subscribers on YouTube.
I also work as a moderator for a Korean DJ who lives in Japan .
